FAQ
* Do I need a referral?
In the state of Maryland, you have direct access to physical therapy without a referral. However, we strongly recommend you have one for physical examination.

* Do you take insurance?
We do not take any insurance including Medicare.

* Before evaluation
Please make sure you fill out ALL intake forms and consent forms and send them to us via Email. Paperwork will be sent to patients via email or can be found on the website.

* Cancellation/ No show policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment time, to avoid a late cancellation fee (full charge).
For unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, therapists will reschedule your concierge appointment at no cost.

* Grace period time for tele-physical therapy appointment
A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen circumstances.

* Can I receive tele- physical therapy while I am out of the state?
No, you must be in the state of Maryland, during the Tele-visit.
What we provide
Physical therapy service
* Physical therapy service (in person or tele-visit)
* Initial Evaluation (45 min): $180
* Follow-up 1:1 treatment (45 min): $ 150
* Internal pelvic floor treatment (20 min in person): $ 70
* Core Essential therapy in a small group (30 min in person): $ 50
* Consult by a Doctor of Physical therapy (30 min) : $ 90
* Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment, to reserve your spot.
Please note that 3-5% credit card (depending on your credit card) processing fee will not be refunded, if you cancel your appointment.

* Core Essential therapy discount available for multiple session enrollment
* Concierge fee is waived within the Howard & Ann Arundel counties.
