​* What is virtual consultation?
Please note that virtual consultation is different from tele-physical therapy.
Simply book a time that fits your schedule, and we will send you a secure link for our video call. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your concerns, and our therapists will guide you through all strategies that you can start implementing right away. You’ll leave our session with a clearer understanding of how pelvic/lymphedema physical therapy can benefit you.
​By choosing a virtual consultation, you’re gaining access to professional insights. Plus, you’ll have the comfort and privacy of your own home, allowing for a relaxed and open dialogue about your health.

* Do I need a referral?
In the state of Maryland, you have direct access to physical therapy without a referral.

* Do you take insurance?
We are a cash practice and do not accept insurance. This allows us to focus entirely on providing personalized, individulaized care without the constraints of insurance requirements.

* Before initial consultation or evaluation
Please make sure you fill out ALL intake forms and consent forms and send them to us via Email. Paperwork will be sent to patients via email and/or can be found on the website. ​

* Cancellation/ No show policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment time, to avoid a late cancellation fee ($70).
For unforeseen circumstances or extreme weather conditions, therapists will reschedule your concierge appointment at no cost.

* Grace period time for tele-physical therapy or virtual consultation appointment
A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for unforeseen circumstances.

* Can I receive virtual physical therapy (telehealth) while I am out of the state?
No, you must be in the state of Maryland, during the Tele-visit.
